I have finally integrated my experience into my life to the point that spirit talks to me all the time (except when I'm not listening). Spirit has given me these insights that I would like to share with you.
Most of the insights are stories of lessons that should have been learned the first time. But like most of us, I walk around not listening or being mindful all the time.

The tree burdening under the cover of fresh fallen snow.
The hawk soars through the gully and up the face to light on a single root sticking out.
The snow, tree, hawk, gully and root are one.
The comet pushes against the solar winds, being drawn by the star's gravitational pull.
We sit with the sun shining on our face, smiling we feel its warmth, its energy soaking into us.
If all of this were broken down to their atoms. Then we are all made of the same thing.
We are all just living shadows of our Spirit's Light.
