You can personalize them by placing an altar cloth in or on top of them. Place pictures or prayer cards in the doors, you can place candles, offering plates or bowls, or incense on or in front of them making them your personal sacred space.
Item # bombay_mbw01A Bombay Style Personal Altar Made of Maple Burl & Walnut Right out of my woodshop & ready to ship. The altar below is the first of this Bombay design. It can be made with other types of hardwood. Pricing is based on material cost. This altar is made of choice Maple Burl & Black Walnut it is a beautiful piece of furniture. The finish on this altar is three coats of Danish oil and three coats of wipe on poly. I hand rubbed the finish between each coat until I got the rich luster you see below. I had a person that saw this altar say "The pictures on the web site do not do it justice" .

It can be made with other types of hardwood. Pricing is based on material cost. This altar is made of choice African Mahogany and Lace Wood it is a beautiful piece of furniture. The finish on this altar is three coats of Danish oil and three coats of a blend of two natural waxes, beeswax and carnauba. I hand rubbed the finish between each coat until I got the rich luster you see below. The statue is not included.

It can be made with other types of hardwood. Pricing is based on material cost. This altar is is a beautiful piece of furniture both woods work well with each other and have a deep, rich, reflective grain. The finish on this altar is three coats of Danish oil and three coats of wipe on poly. I hand rubbed the finish between each coat until I got the rich luster you see below. The pictures do not do Justus to this altar. The statue is not included.
