version, please
send us email, and
include the brand and model of Windows CE computer which you are using.
Will this dictionary work on my Windows PC or Windows laptop?
We do offer a
dictionary for Microsoft Windows. Also, please check out our Vietnamese tutorial for Windows
which does work on a Windows PC or Windows laptop with a CD-ROM drive.
How do I write Vietnamese characters on a Palm OS computer?
First tap the "v" or "V" button. Then write a vowel on
the left side of the Graffiti area followed by one or more digits on the right
side of the Graffiti area. This pattern produces nearly all of the Vietnamese
characters. The remaining characters are created by using double letters such
as "aa", "oo", "uu", "dd" on the left
side of the Graffiti area followed by zero or more digits on the right side of
the Graffiti area.
More detailed instructions are provided when you download the free demo. On
your PDA, you can also tap the menu button and then tap "Help,
Characters" to get instructions. You can also download a
Graffiti reference sheet to carry with
your Palm computer.
Does the Palm OS computer display Vietnamese characters?
Yes. Look closely at these screen shots to see the
Vietnamese font.
