Hi, Don:  You'll be pleased (and undoubtedly, relieved) to know that the modification that you made to my new Scopeguard case is perfect! Both tube rings now easily fit into the felt- and foam-lined compartment, even with a sliver of room to spare. I can wrap one ring in a Velcro lens wrap and slide it into the compartment next to the unwrapped ring. Both rings can be stored safely, and without a struggle. What's more, the case interior looks like it was originally made in this configuration. I am thrilled! Thank you very, very much for correcting the problem so quickly. I just opened up the package and got the case out. Wonderful job on the packaging!! It was so secure that I literally had to cut the long sides of the packaging box for easier access. Good job on the case. It’s classy and solid and I am very pleased with its construction. It looks so good that I’m almost afraid to use it to transport the Sky 90.  Would you mind if I wrote a short product review on the case on cloudynights and/or astromart after a couple months of use? I was very pleased with the quality of the case. We had some fun moving the "coffin" out to the dark site. We are considering dressing

My Takahashi EM200 Scopeguard case arrived today. All I can say is WOW!!  It's hard to believe, but the workmanship exceeds my expectations, and the hype. My only gripe with Takahashi has been that they do not provide a quality case for the equipment. I suggest they contract with Scopeguard and make their cases standard issue.  Regards, Chuck Faranda

My Maxx-Corr Case did arrive beautifully packaged. I have pressed it into service already for transportation of equipment to my local (two hour drive each way) astronomy club. I just wanted to express my gratitude to Don Holcombe of  Scopeguard cases. I just received my scopeguard case for my Tec MCT and it is a beauty. A real work of art, with castors and a retractable handle. This is the second case I had Don build, and they are well worth the money. I can almost picture these cases being used in those old commercials for Samsonite. The one where the gorilla is throwing around the case, and the scope is unharmed. Just showing my age:-)

Thanks... BTW, I want to thank you for the case. I am not sure if I let you know how well it has worked out. You built it to fit two configurations for me including a rocker box when I use it on a dob mount.  It is a perfect fit and everything I needed it to be..., the wheels are such a nice feature on this case. Once I get a 900 mount for the scope, I will be contacting you for a quote on a case(s) for that as well.

Well, just about the time I was thinking UPS might not make it before the holiday, they came through with the goods. My family made me wait until today to open the box (Santa's got rules for grownups too ;-), but when I did, all I can say is "wow"!

The case is absolutely beautiful and built tough. The mount head fits perfectly, and I'm really glad I opted for the wheels and the handle. The only downside is that I'm going to cringe putting this case through as baggage :-) My hat is off to you and the folks at ScopeGuard. It's rare today to find form, function and real craftsmanship combined in any product, but you have certainly done that with your fine cases. The next time I'm in the market for a transport case, you'll be the first call that I make.
