Po ispolnenii "Internacionala" ovaciya vozobnovlyaetsya s novoj siloj. Vozglasy: "Ura Stalinu!", "Da zdravstvuet Stalin!", "Da zdravstvuet CK partii!") (str. 142) « Long live the great and invincible banner of Marx, Engels, and Lenin!» (Stormy and prolonged applause from the whole hall. The congress gives Comrade Stalin an ovation.
